1. Play inside your circle of influence

This beautiful line I got from book “7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen R covey. Whenever I caught up in thought that my life is not in my control or I am powerless I can’t do anything I remember this sentence that don’t worry no one controls everything just play inside your circle of influence.

2. Don’t wait to be Happy

Most of the people including me always waiting to end the grind period and they just decide that we will be happy after this session of hard work and to be honest, this world is just struggle there is no relief whenever you stop to take a breath instantly life take over the wheel and then you are no more in control

Than the simple answer to this is be happy in the present don’t wait for anything just like marathon runner who drink water in-between their run.

3. Read extra curriculum books

Books are some magical things. I regret the thought that reading novels, history, fiction and these books other than my curriculum will just be the same. Reading books is so therapeutic. They just disconnect you from outside world and its chaos and kind of reset your brain.

Reading books is a fabulous hobby. Which will teach you see things with many perspectives.

4. Study your course books no matter what the results are

This point is actually my mission statement. I came to realize reading everyday even for half an hour for my school benefits so much that even studying all night in exam month can’t.

Also doing something daily, makes that thing easy after some point. If a student did not study in normal days I don’t think he can study all nights during exams, because he dint have that mind to sit and study.

5. Learn to let go things

To let in something first you have to make space for it and to make space you have to let go things. Many people live their life as they were fed in their childhood and can’t break the wheel. They can’t change themselves because they can’t adopt new things and lifestyle because they can’t let go their old habits

So letting go things, bad habits, old useless furniture or even some toxic emotion will make space for new better things.

6. Organize your day or week and priorities your to-do list

Don’t expect your life to be organized if you are not organizing your day. To-do list is the best thing to make in the morning with coffee. It will give you an idea how you will spend your day. Even if you are going to face some challenging tasks, your mind will be ready to deal with it.

Prioritizing your to-do list is a game changer. There is a technique in Stephen R covey’s book “7 habits of highly effective people” making a time management matrix. Dividing your tasks in four quadrants of urgent and important, not urgent and important, not important but urgent and the last not urgent neither important.

This is the best technique for prioritizing. And Stephen suggests to minimizing quadrant 1 and staying in quadrant 2.
